I am Mercy Koech Age: 27yrs old Career: I am a United States Navy Hospital Corpsman with a Specialty in Dental Assisting. I am currently a senior in my BA. Psychology and looking forward to applying to Dental School to pursue Dentistry. I am currently stationed with the Navy Special Warfare, San Siego CA. Why I Love Kenya: First I am very elated to say that I am proud to have been born and nurtured in Kenya until the age of 20. I Love Kenya because it is my strong hold roots that molded me into a person that does not forget I have come from, who I am and the desire to grab opportunities with both hands when handed to. I am very honored to have a chance to put in my application for the Face Of Kenya USA 2017. I am very optimistic that I will be able to make more difference in the world through the platform of FOK.
Charity of Choice:

The drive behind my participation in Face of Kenya USA 2017, is to represent my Charity of Choice :Bethel Children’s Orphanage in Londiani, Kenya) in Conjunction with the support of Upcoming young Athletes. Face of Kenya has created that platform for us to continue Empowering our Communities back in Kenya where we grew up.
