My name is Angeline Njeri Wanjiru. I was born in Kiambu, Kenya and lived in Nairobi, Kenya till the age of 16. I am a 26 year old student at the University of Wuppertal, Germany. Am studying business sciences and economics. Having grown up with my grandparents as a young girl, I love Kenya because it`s my homeland. Kenya is a great country full of life and authentic people. The different traditions, the mix of races and tribes and people from all walks of life make Kenya a multicultural country. Furthermore, the God given natural resources and treasures, the nature and wildlife makes Kenya a wonderful place to live and rich of life. Moreover, the extraordinary weather is a luxury for us. Besides, my entire extended and loving family and friends who are still living in Kenya play a great role in my life. All that I am today started there and makes the most of what I have grown up to be. My grandparents and parents really put effort to teach me the essentials of our tradition and the good about Kenya. Last but not least, I love our culture and typical Kenyan dishes like "nyama choma" which are just exceptional. Those are just a few to mention because Kenya is a wonderful country and there are endless reasons why I love my country, Kenya. Am proud to be Kenyan.
