I believe that all children boys and girls alike deserve good education for a chance of a better future. However it is quite unfortunate that some communities still have gender bias and choose to educate the boy child only.I have always felt strongly about education and being a woman trying to make it in a man eat man society i have had to learn the hard way how important education is.The face of Kenya USA has given me an opportunity to voice what i stand for and maybe change some young girl's life out there. This is why iam a part of the MOHAMI foundation(mother of hope and mercy foundation).I finally get a chance to help raise funds to educate a girl out there. So i am kindly asking to help me help these girls build a better future.Whatever amount you are able to give will be greatly appreciated.I will also be giving you updates on the girls whose hearts you have touched so you know how they are progressing.Go to the link below to make your donations.Remember every little bit helps

MOHAMI is the charity initiative that i am a part of and will be raising funds for.It is a charity initiative in Kenya that is mainly focused on empowering underprivileged young girls to pursue higher education and become independent.Education is important for both girls and boys alike but in a society where some communities still discriminate against the education of the girl child,it is important to find that balance.Education for the girl child means future educated genarations, decreased child marriages, decreased domestic and sexual violence, improved economical health and so much more. This is what MOHAMI stands for.It provides shelter for the girl who has no parents to take her to school, the girl evading early marriage, the girl evading FGM(female genital mutilation)and the girl who wants to further her education but has no means to do so.I became a part of this initiative because i believe educating the girl child means a better tomorrow for our society.Take this journey with me to make Kenya a better place by educating the girl child.Any kind of support is welcome. In the next couple of weeks we will be doing fun things to help raise fund to further this noble initiative.Kindly make your donations to the website below and help give these girls a better future. http://www.gofundme.com/mohami
