My name is Shelomith Sarafina Njeri but I go by Sarafina which is a given name from my grandmother. I am 18 years old, 5'8 and I currently attend the University of Toledo for a bachelor in Pharmaceutical science with a concentration in pre med. I aspire to be a epidemiologist so that I can one day go back to Kenya and train great physicians who will be able to combat the diseases that are commonly found in the regions they are reside. I love Kenya because it is the place that shaped my character, Kenya gave me an opportunity to learn how to see what I have and what I do not. It showed me how education and success can help you reach so many lives. I love Kenya because it is home no matter how far I go.
